Terms & Conditions and Insurance

Driving Licence:
You are allowed to drive for one year after your arrival in Georgia you are allowed to drive with your driving license if it is produced in the Cyrillic or Latin alphabet. During a year there is no need of an international driving license.

Age Restriction:
You must be at least 21 years old and have held your driving license for a minimum of 1 year in order to rent a car. If you meet these criteria, you are insured automatically with the driving conditions listed below.
For any additional drivers, they are insured automatically under the same conditions that bind the initial driver, so long as the second driver is driving in the presence of the initial driver.

Changing a Booking
You can alter or change your booking up to 24 hours before the agreed start of your rental, without incurring any charges or fees. Any payment already made towards the rental will be fully refunded, with the only exception being any charges added on by the bank or other money transfer system.

Canceling a Booking
You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of the rental with no additional fees or charges applied.
Any payment already made towards the rental will be fully refunded, with the exception of any bank fees.
Changes or cancellations made by any reason, not within your control (such as flight delays, cancellations, etc) will be entirely refundable, without additional charges for change or cancellation.
Please note: Card payments will be refunded with no additional charges within 2 weeks after the payment, in case of booking cancellation 2 weeks later, a bank transfer fee of 35 EUR will apply.

Deposits / Prepayment
There is no need to pay before arrival for reservation. You are 100% guaranteed that the car will be available on your arrival. All you need is one click on the activation link in the confirmation email.

Payment

As it is the case of no-deposit rentals, the full payment for the rental vehicles must be made on the first day of renting. Deposit is not required for any used vehicles. This means that some of the new premium class vehicles may need a deposit payment.

No deposit policy implies that in case of full payment of the rent on the first day, you will not be charged for a deposit and there will not be any funds frozen on your account. *Some vehicles require a fixed deposits during the time of booking.

Insurance & Drivers Age
Complete Vehicle Insurance – An accident caused by you.
Complete Vehicle Insurance – Damage caused by any third party, the natural occurrence of theft.
Complete Insurance – Damage to a third party vehicle (no matter whose fault the accident is), up to $50,000
Complete Insurance – All accessories (mirrors, glass, etc.)
No additional payment in case of accident, theft or any other damage.

*In Georgia damaged tires during off-roading are not considered as accidental damage and is not covered by any insurance company. The costs of tires used for off-roading vary around 95 EUR.
Any driver 21 years old and above with 1 year of driving experience is automatically insured with the same conditions as the renter (the lead driver of the vehicle).

Different Drop-off Location
One way rentals inside the country which implies different drop-off locations are calculated automatically during the search of the available vehicle depending on the date and location.
International border crossing is possible with all our vehicles, but the pickup and drop off location must be inside the country.

Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions
Border crossing rentals are allowed in these following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan (in some cases). Please bare in mind that not all vehicles are allowed to enter the border of Azerbaijan, so we strongly advise you to check with us first.
Border crossing rentals require special bilingual permission issued by a notary and are charged by 90 EUR for how long you will be there.
Please note that issuing permission by a notary requires one working day and can be done before arrival upon request by sending a copy of your passport by email.
