What are the age and license requirements?
You must be at least 19 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. A valid driver's license and passport are required at pickup.
Is a deposit required?
No. We do not require a deposit. You pay the agreed rental price and any extras you choose.
What is included in the full off-road insurance?
Full off-road insurance is available at 33 EUR/day for our eligible 4x4 rentals. We are the only rental company in the region offering Full off-road insurance for paved and off-road driving. It includes glass, underbody, scratches, and eligible tire damage. Covered tire damage is included, so you pay EUR 0 for the tire itself when the rental rules are followed. We have no road restrictions in our rental terms. Contact us first. If the car can be moved safely, go to the nearest major city and our local team will arrange the tire change. If you ask us to come to the vehicle instead, the call-out charge is EUR 100 for the mechanic plus EUR 2 per kilometre from the capital of the country where the vehicle is located. The mechanic fee covers removing the damaged tire, taking the wheel for repair or replacement, refitting it, and returning it to the vehicle. The same call-out charge applies when we come to help with other damage that is your responsibility, and any non-covered part or repair is charged separately. We will still help you so you are not left on the road.
How do you maintain your vehicles?
We inspect and service every car between rentals. We also check the tires, suspension, and 4x4 system on off-road vehicles.
Can I pick up and drop off in different cities?
Yes. You can pick up in one agreed location and return in another when service is available. A vehicle relocation fee may apply for different-city or different-country returns.
Can I cross borders with the rental vehicle?
Yes. Tell us which countries you plan to visit, and we will prepare the required vehicle documents before pickup.
Is mileage limited?
No. Every rental includes unlimited mileage, whether you are driving within one city or planning a long regional or international road trip.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We deliver your car 24/7 to agreed destinations, airports, hotels, private addresses, and handover points.
