Enjoy lunch at the Funicular Station restaurant. In the afternoon, embark on a 3-4 hour walking tour of Old Tbilisi. Key sights include Metekhi Church, the Mother of Georgia statue, Narikala Fortress, and the Bridge of Peace. Discover the history of Abanotubani, the oldest district known for its sulfur baths. Day 2: Mtskheta and Borjomi - Ancient Capitals and Mineral Waters Travel to Mtskheta, Georgia's historic capital and a site of deep cultural and religious significance, located just 20 km northwest of Tbilisi. Explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, believed to house a part of Christ's robe, and Jvari Monastery, noted for its architectural harmony with nature. Borjomi also features an amusement park, a cable car with amazing views, and options for jeep tours to nearby lakes and waterfalls in good weather. Overnight in Borjomi.

Day 3: Rabati and Vardzia - Castles and Cave Cities Begin your day by stepping back in time at Rabati Castle in Akhaltsikhe. This historic complex blends medieval, Ottoman, and Georgian architectural styles, featuring a fortress, mosque, church, and museum, all beautifully restored. The castle provides impressive views of the surrounding landscape. Next, visit Vardzia, a breathtaking 12th-century cave city carved into Erusheti Mountain. Visit Sighnaghi, a city protected by 18th-century walls, offering breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley from its staircase. For a peaceful experience, visit Bodbe Monastery, a sacred pilgrimage site honoring St. Nino, who preached Christianity in Georgia in the 4th century.
