If your driving license uses Latin letters (the English alphabet), bring the original license when you collect the car. It must be valid for your whole rental and for the vehicle category you book. An International Driving Permit (IDP) or certified translation may still be needed for your issuing country or travel route, including trips to Armenia, Turkey or Azerbaijan. Check these requirements before you travel.

If your license uses non-Latin characters, such as Chinese, Arabic, Japanese or Korean, arrange an International Driving Permit (IDP) or the certified translation required for your destination before you travel. An IDP translates your license into several languages. It is valid only together with your original driving license: bring both when you collect the car and carry them while driving. A photograph or uploaded copy does not replace the original.
