- What is the fuel policy?
- All cars are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. If you add our Prepaid Fuel option at checkout, you can skip the refueling stop before drop-off.
- Are there any age restrictions?
- The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year. There are no additional fees for young drivers.
- What insurance options are available?
- Basic Insurance is included free with every rental. Full Insurance (€29/day) adds coverage for off-road driving, gravel roads, and mountain passes — FSTA is the only rental company in Georgia offering this.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Cancel anytime via WhatsApp or email for a full refund of any prepayment.
- What documents do I need?
- You need a valid passport and a driving license. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended but not required for most nationalities.
